Jump Higher Than Your Competition
Have you been able to jump higher with consistent results?
Do you believe you could play much better than you currently are?
Do you think you could improve your physical aspect of the game?
Yes?
Those extra inches to your vertical leap, muscle gain and pace around the court is much closer than you can imagine.
This season could be the season that the results you'll always dreamed about will happen.
BUT…
If you're like lots of athletes, as much as you want and try for athletic superiority, you're NEVER going to have the gains you want with the sport you really want.
Why?
Not because you aren't a good athlete.
Not because you don't want it enough.
And not because you aren't willing to dedicate yourself and your time in order to get results in return.
No. Your problem isn't any of this.
The most common pitfall is simply that athletes get lumbered with incorrect training principals. The biggest problem is that athletes often just don't know what they are supposed to do in order to take their game to the next level…and keep it up. This results in many ineffective training hours with blood sweat and tears which leads to minimal improvements at best. This leads to heaps of frustration and perhaps even some potential stars quitting the the game.
Let me ask you…
1) Are your physical achievements whre you want them to be right now?
2) And did the last year bring you all the power over your competitors you hoped it would?
3) Or are you still not sure how you can improve your quickness, vertical leap and muscle gain to its full potential?
4) Are you living your life to the fullest, and experiencing all your athletic potential that's possible?
5) Or have you done a lot of hard work and training but just have not seen the results you wanted?
I'm asking about all this for an important reason…
Because if you went through unnecessary pain and heartache over the last year because of training based on WRONG PRINCIPLES…
I want to help make sure you NEVER have to suffer from the same mistakes and experiences in your future.
Now it is time that you realise you NEVER have to go through that again! I want to ensure that you have positive training experiences going into your future.
That's why it's time to look back and learn why it is that you have NOT had what you want on the court yet.
That is why it is important to look back at you have been doing and try and identify the reasons for your lack of progress on the court.
You can learn a lot by looking back and being honest about what you have been doing and why it has not been working.
You have the power to really and truly start creating exactly what it is you want from your body on the court right now. I need to ask you another question…and be blatantly honest with yourself when you answer.
Have you devised a plan on how you are going to achieve your goals on the court this year? Are you sure you are going to be able to play the game you want to and maintain it throughout the season? Or are you hoping somebody else is going to make it happen for you?
That's just not going to happen!
If there's any time to sit back for a second, take stock of your game and set a new path for success… it's RIGHT NOW.
Here are some of the tough questions you need to ask yourself if you'd like to create a better player for yourself this year…
1) Can you 360 at any time you choose?
2) Can you out class all of your competition with higher jumps and pace?
3) Have you ever alley hooped in a high pressure game?
4) Are you completely in the zone at every game?
5) Can you shoot a basketball with high levels of consistency
6) Can you really jump as high as your body allows?
If you have not already answered yes to ALL of the questions above, it means you are making a few crucial mistakes that will hamper you to play the game you want to play in every game. Luckily you can now easily identify the mistakes you have been making and with a few adjustments in focus and form, start getting the gains you have been working so hard for. The only thing left is for you to decide…Am I willing to make a commitment to myself and my game this season?
To make it even easier for you to start this season off on the right foot, you can go and downloadHow to jump higher, and make sure you get The right jump higher exercises. You can get the program right now and be reading it in literally just a few minutes.
